While companies around the world are struggling to stay afloat due to the COVID-19 pandemic, one company in India decided to do the unthinkable. Asian Paints, one of the largest paint manufacturers in Asia, surprised its employees by announcing a salary raise to help boost their morale in an effort to build a better employee-employer relationship.
