Malaysians still are pretty heavy cash-users, whipping out banknotes at mamaks and paying our parking tickets with coins. But with the emphasis on minimising physical contact during the pandemic, more and more outlets have been forced to embrace cashless payments. So what are the benefits of going cashless because of COVID-19?
