Millions of people make supporting income by selling food out of their home kitchens. We rarely think of regulations and food safety practices that are (or should be) imposed on these businesses. On the flipside, will laws stifle a person’s ability to earn additional income? We look at a very unique case in New Jersey, and discuss if home cooks should follow certain regulations before selling their tasty dishes.
