Should Outlets Refuse Customers Who Aren’t Abiding By Current SOPs?

Recently The Perak Health Department investigated an incident in which a woman is believed to have violated the home quarantine order by going out and dining at a restaurant.

The woman was later identified as having tested positive for Covid-19 in her second test after 13 days of quarantine.

With the news that the general public will be mandated to wear facemasks from August 1st - what can outlets and eateries do?
