Thanks to apps like WhatsApp and Facebook, we now have the ability to be connected to every single neighbour on our street or apartment block. And while these apps are great for community building, there are definite downsides to them - from oversharing ‘Good Morning’ messages to neighbour-shaming. So does social media help make us more neighbourly, or is it working against us?
