Now that ‘working from home’ is a norm, the idea of dressing up for work has become fluid, if not completely non-existent. We wear home clothes, pyjamas, or whatever we’re most comfortable in at home. However, a recent study points to a connection between the clothes we wear when working and mental health decline over the last year. Apparently, choosing to work in your pyjamas can have serious implications on not just productivity, but overall mental wellbeing as well.
