According to the Star, some unscrupulous workers are faking their Covid-19 test results to stay away from work. Employers too believed that the possibility for abuse is there, as the current Covid-19 reporting system doesn’t require medical certificates from a physician. We speak to HR expert Deepa George about how employers can monitor, mitigate - or worst case - manage this issue, and if the underlying problem here stems from toxic work cultures.
