Inclusivity In Business: Are We On The Right Track?

In honor of International Women's Day, we reflect on the significant progress women have made in the business world while recognising the ongoing challenges they continue to face. This year’s theme, "Accelerate Action," calls for decisive steps to achieve gender equality and urges us to address systemic barriers and biases in both personal and professional spaces. In this episode, we’ll discuss the impact of female leadership, how businesses are evolving toward more inclusive environments, and the concrete actions needed to accelerate gender equality in today’s fast-paced business world.

To mark this day, we speak with two inspiring guests who are making strides in empowering women in business: Nuraizah Shamsul Baharin, Founder of MADCash, a fintech company dedicated to supporting female micro-entrepreneurs in Malaysia and beyond, and Renuka Sena, CEO of Proficeo, a consultancy firm that provides coaching to entrepreneurs.
