Leadership Lessons From DAP Dropping P. Ramasamy From State Elections

Tomorrow 6 States in Malaysia head to the polls after 2 weeks of campaigning to determine their state governments.

On the back of certain long standing candidates like Penang Caretaker Deputy Chief Minister II Dr P. Ramasamy being dropped from the candidates' list and claims of lack of transparency and bias over the process coming out, today on the show we explore how this could have been handled better from a leadership perspective.

We’ll be getting into the role of leaders when it comes to maintaining transparency at the workplace, how they can handle changes and discontent, as well as how “firing” employees should be better managed.

Joining us for this discussion is Hetal Doshi, CEO & Organisational Psychologist at O Psych.

This episode was recorded before the announcement that P. Ramasamy had quit The Democratic Action Party (DAP).
