The infertility rate in Malaysia is estimated at around 10-15% in couples of reproductive age (14-45). It is important to realise that infertility is common. The World Health Organization (WHO) has classified infertility as a disease that needs attention as early as possible. Irene Kwan, the Chief Executive Officer of TMC Fertility & Women's Specialist Centre (TMC Fertility) speaks about the options available.
