Brew With Plant: Vegan Coffee

Isn’t coffee already vegan? Well, it turns out that a lot of the instant coffee that we consume has had butter added to the beans during the roasting process, which of course makes the coffee distinctly not vegan. Since 2014, Veganuary has been a movement that tries to inspire many people to try to be vegan for one month, and we’ll be catching up with PG to talk to us about Veganuary and the coffee that they produce.
