Cloud Kitchen - The New Normal for Chefs

One of the pioneers in Malaysia, the Food Incubator is a cloud kitchen, offering commercial kitchen facilities to chefs to venture into the e-delivery business and also their own brands. The founder Shaun Gan shares his insight on the business as well as his experience as one of the top contestants for the Alliance BizSmart Challenge.
