Usually when you travel, you tend to look forward to the food you’ll try when you get to your destination; it’s not often that you look forward to the food during your journey on the airplane itself. But for AirAsia’s Santan and T&CO, the inflight food has found such a demand that Catherine Goh is now spearheading the opening of ASEAN’s first fast food “digital restaurant” franchise in Mid Valley. She discusses the grand goals of Santan and T&CO, and how they’re aiming to make it an affordable franchising opportunity for up and coming entrepreneurs.
