Ombak Kitchen

There are plenty of seafood restaurants in KL. There are high-end ones, and not so high-end ones. But sometimes, it’s the ones that offer back to basics honest-to-good food that are amongst the best. The two outlets (so far) of Ombak Kitchen are an example of this, they offer deliciously cooked seafood in a Cajun Style, throw it on a table and encourage you to ‘pakai tangan jer…’ Just use your hands. We speak to the founder and CEO Sharita Loo about the inception and expansion of Ombak Kitchen.
