With food crisis hitting many parts of the world and human demand outweighing supply, companies like Life Origin are working hard to find alternative food sources that are sustainable and easy to harvest. In conjunction with World Food Day 2019, we speak to CJ and Zoey, founders of Life Origin, about making insects palatable, the process of farming this new food source, as well as the business of selling them to a fairly averse market.
