25 Years of Linux

25 years ago, a college in Finland shared his project on an email list, detailing his hobby project on a free operating system, just a hobby he said and won’t be big. Little did he know, fast forward to today, Linux is the dominant operating system for servers. It’s also the basis for Android and it’s 100% free and open source. Red Hat is obviously the most common name when we mention Linux. We speak to Damien Wong, Vice President & General Manager ASEAN for Red Hat on the journey of Linux over the past 25 years.
