Delivering Epic Meals

EPIC Meals has been bootstrapping their way since they started in 2014. They claim to be Malaysia’s first purpose-built food delivery service with two physical outlets, one in Damansara Perdana and Sunway. As they call it, it’s a “Domino’s Pizza” model. EPIC meals is on their way to open the third outlet in Mont Kiara due to the overwhelming response from Sunway and Damansara. We find out how they managed to sustain their business with the extra capex of a physical store as well as competing in a saturated food-delivery market.
