The ability to hear is such an integral part of our lives that most people take it for granted. According to the World Health Organisation, hearing loss affects about 15% of the world population and yet in Malaysia, the audiology market is still very much considered a niche. We spoke to Dr Nur Shasa Ain Abdul Aziz, the CEO and founder of the Eartistic Hearing And Balance Centre, about the industry in Malaysia and Eartistic as a business.
