Habitude: 21 Days to Change Your Life

The famous saying “Old Habits Die Hard” explains that it’s difficult for one to change one’s accustomed behavior. In fact, people dislike change even when change itself is inevitable. But, the authors of the book “Habitude” say there’s a way to fix that. It’s Motivational Monday and combining habit and attitude, Aaron Foo and Alfred Netto share their insights based on their recently launched book, Habitude where they’d talk about how it only takes 21 days to change your life.
