Climbing up the rungs of the restaurant business, Marcus Low started The Kitchen Table in 2014 with a business partner and making his first mark on the F&B scene. When the partnership ended, he founded Table & Apron, catering to experiences for customers looking for both casual and private dining. Three years after last speaking to us, Marcus returns to share about what he learned from his previous experience and what it is like to run his own show.
