It’s the durian season and at every corner of the street, you’ll find a random truck selling a bunch of durians for all you durian lovers. But there’s also a new trend at the moment and that is durian ice creams. Fruiti King recently just launched 6 new flavours in the market, two of them being Musang King and Durian, made from real durians. We speak to Max Teh, the CEO of Fruiti King about the challenges in making a real fruit ice cream and bringing it to market.
