Cheam Tat Wei is the young ice-cream maker behind Forty Licks Ice Cream. His foray into business started as a hobby during his corporate days, when he began selling his own home made ice cream at weekend bazaars. Today, Forty Licks supplies its creamy concoctions to cafes and restaurants in town.
