Ala Carte - Flaming Melt

Flaming Melt had its short stint of fame late last year with their concept of everything grilled cheese sandwich. They served from Veggie Pesto Melt to John Beef Melt along with their bestseller, BBQ Pulled Chicken Melt. But what happened months after was a nightmare to all business owners. The MRT construction along Kota Damansara created congestion which led to customers avoiding the street and eventually, they had to close their shop. In order to recuperate from the loss, they are now travelling from bazaars to pop up festivals. They also recently launched a new business line with KotakLunch. Saw Wen Xin is here to tell the tale of the lessons learnt.
