Ala Carte: Fresh Freddies

Fresh Freddies is a food production company that makes pies, pastries, salads and pastas. It was formed accidentally when Neil Frediani organised a dinner party and was approached to supply his homemade pate to Jason’s Food Hall. Then, he was requested to supply to Cold Storage. It was here where he realised the potential for a new business and invested in a central kitchen. For a company that’s only a year old, Fresh Freddies now supplies delicacies to major supermarket outlets like Cold Storage, AEON and 7-Eleven.
