The Age of Talentism

It is the age of automation, and many organisations are striving to stay ahead, to stay competitive within their industries. In order to achieve that, the focus, among many, has almost always been on the adoption of new technologies. However, as technology advances and organisations embrace them, there is a tendency to end up with uniformity within the same industry. In other words, the uniqueness of a particular organisation – that which gives it its true competitive advantage, may no longer be found. In this Raise Your Game session, Arun shares that at the end of the day, it is not the technology that makes an organisation, or even an individual unique, it is talent.
