Boundaries Towards Innovation

Today, individuals, teams, and organisations need to continue to innovate towards success as it has become almost a requirement rather than a nice-to-have attribute in order to stay competitive and ahead of the game. Encouraging innovation is usually associated with having more freedom, such as allowing free flow of information, networking, and ideas. While there is merit in some of these, the paradox of setting or redefining certain boundaries is also important in innovation. In this Raise Your Game session, we will discover how both of these can work in tandem to achieve the same objective.
