Developing a Personal Growth Culture: Finding Balance in Your Life

Juggling a professional career as well as being an owner of multiple businesses, and a husband at the same time leads Shankar to work out what success means to him. While the delineation of his work-life balance varies from time to time, the hardest part has always been to get his professional and personal needs aligned. At some points, he found it impossible to pay enough attention to both facets of his life. And sadly, like many, he had opted for the wrong priorities. It’s the third Monday of the month and Shankar of EQTD Consulting shares the importance of finding a balance in his life and how others can learn to do so too.
