Are Organisations Giving Millennials Enough Reasons to Stay?

The topic of employee loyalty is increasingly becoming a serious concern in many organisations today, especially when it involves millennials. How is this different from the past?

As an example, many of us have probably heard of baby boomers earning a Gold Watch and a good pension upon retirement, after they have worked at the same company throughout their entire work-life. While many companies practiced this in the past, it is hardly heard of today. In this Raise Your Game session, Connie shares her thoughts about how millennials are not just looking for employers that help them fulfil their career and life goals, but also employers who inspire passion in their work.
