Pause; Save As Draft.

Many high achievers are advised to make sure they plan ahead and ensure plans are executed well to progress well in their careers and in the organisations they work in. Similarly, many organisations are well known in planning well to achieve targets and plans set. In today’s rapid with constant changes environment, high performing individuals and organisations need to tweak their approaches and mindsets. Now, the mindsets need to support a LQ-squared approach, i.e. creating passionate, self-learning organisations and individuals by adopting a “Pause and Save as draft” mindset. This entails a mindset that calls for intentional openness to continuously ideates, seek and allow for failures, improvements and courageous conversations through collaboration with others.
