The Power of Grit

We live in a chaotic, uncertain and ever changing world today, and the workforce and leadership positions of the present era demand a sense of resilience that perhaps was lacking in the past. Today, the concept of resilience has been replaced with a new term, GRIT, made popular by the author Angela Duckworth in her book Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance - Ang Hui Ming, co-founder of Leaderonomics, discusses what grit is, how to identify it, and how to build it too.
