NLP - Tools For Transformation: Giving Employees Freedom at Work

Do most employees generally enjoy freedom in the workplace? Are they really free to be themselves and let their true personalities shine forth? Do they have the freedom to reach their objectives in the ways they see fit? Or the freedom to keep non-traditional hours and work from home? Are they allowed to exercise their creativity in how to get a job done? Or to be able to give an opinion or feedback about the company and the way it does business without fear?

It’s Merdeka week and what could be more apt than to explore freedom in the workplace? It’s the last Monday of the month and as usual, we have Human Equation founder Sheila Singam on Raise Your Game’s Tools for Transformation Series.
