Malaysia On The Horizon Of A Digital Future

Last week, the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) launched the Horizon – Digital Economy Publication 2022.

During the launch, BFM moderated a panel discussion exploring the purpose of this publication, how Malaysia’s digital economy compares regionally, the role of the private sector in driving the digital economy, and what Malaysia’s digital future looks like.

BFM had this discussion with Ts. Mahadhir Aziz, CEO of MDEC, Smita Kuriakose, Senior Economist at World Bank Group, and Eric Cheng, Founder and CEO of Malaysia’s first unicorn Carsome.
