Coach & Grow

Since its launch in 2011, over 250 Malaysian technology companies have benefitted from the advice and mentoring provided by coaches of the Coach and Grow Programme (CGP) organised by Cradle Fund. Now in its third season, the CGP plans to continue strengthening the skills of Malaysian technology entrepreneurs, setting its focus on mentoring and supporting entrepreneurs who aim to expand their businesses to the global level. In the last season, 55% of companies that signed up for the CGP set goals for global expansion and managed to enter 27 new markets while in the 12-month programme with a third of them achieving 100% increase in sales revenue in these new markets. What strategies led to this success and what will this year's CGP focus on?
