Mother of two, Sumangala Devi from Icart Malaysia has been eyeing on a professional HR certification by AHRI but found it was too expensive. After the introduction of 1MalaysiaGRIP by HRDF to harness potential of talents, KPintar Academy approached Sumangala and offered her the AHRI certification last year. Today, both Sumangala and RA Thiagarajah, CEO of KPintar highlights the need to upskill and how 1MalaysiaGRIP is open to everyone.
