To help overcome the stigma associated with mental disorders, employers need to ensure that employees feel supported and are able to seek help, beyond traditional employee benefits. Tung Hsiao Ley, Chief Corporate Solutions Officer at AIA talks about their first-in-market mental health solution that aims to support businesses in prioritising mental wellbeing in the workplace.
