The Leadership Mosaic and Navigating the Gender Divide

Robin Sharma, the author of The Leader Who Had No Title, emphasises the significance of leading without a title and that great leaders are those who do not require titles to lead effectively. He advocates that to lead without a title is to derive your power within the organisation, not from your position but from your competence, effectiveness, relationships, excellence, innovation and ethics.

In this episode, we delve into the topic of leadership, with a focus on emergent leadership and what it means at the workplace. We also discuss why there are more men than women in top management and leadership roles.

This discussion with Marcella Lucas, Managing Director of Lead To Innovate, and Jonathan Tan, Founder and Managing Director at VoxEureka, explores the importance of establishing the right balance of men and women leaders, how the styles may differ from one another, what needs to be done to encourage more women to take up leadership roles, and how to facilitate this at the workplace.
