While passwords were once one of our most trusted security measures, 90% of data breaches today are the result of poor or reused passwords. Even one-time passwords (OTPs) have been vulnerable, with bad actors hijacking these codes to make millions in fake credit card payments. Is it time for the wider industry to follow Microsoft’s lead, and look towards a passwordless future?
