SunMoon Food Company was on the verge of bankruptcy in 2007 when Gary Loh, the current CEO took over the business. His plan to save the business? To shift from an asset-heavy to asset-light and be a more consumer-centric distributor. With an extensive network of more than 11,000 point of sales, they harvested on technology innovations to automate its manual business processes and increase efficiency. We hear from Gary Loh himself about this fascinating journey during the recent NetSuite SuiteWorld 2018 in Las Vegas.
