This has caused a variety of challenges to the entire business operations but none more so than communications. While some companies are used to the remote working concept, many are struggling to find their feet to keep their operations running. We speak to Andrew Fry of Whispir, an organisation that helps businesses in crisis communication on how to ensure an open communication strategy.
