Aside from lower prices and higher quality, convenience is the key in the current competitive business environment. But the e-commerce world is brutal and has its own set of challenges. On the show today is Marianne Chuo, Country Manager for Honestbee, an online grocery concierge and delivery service, started in Singapore in 2015 and now operating in cities like Bangkok and over here in Kuala Lumpur.
