Malaysia Digital Hub

Norhizam Abdul Kadir, MDEC | Erman Akinci, Common Ground

15-Jun-17 11:00

Malaysia Digital Hub

In the recent Malaysian Budget, 2017 was declared as Startup and SME Promotion Year. With that, a host of new initiatives, such as the Digital Free Trade Zone (DFTZ) and ASEAN Data Analytics Exchange (ADAX), have been announced recently to boost the startup economy here in Malaysia. But having a vision is one, executing it requires many heads to move it forward. We speak to Norhizam Abdul Kadir from MDEC and Erman Akinci from Common Ground about the Malaysia Digital Hub and this could spur Malaysia to be a hub for digital entrepreneurs in the future.
