On the infrastructure end, it has revealed gaps in data centres’ business continuity planning. IT leaders have come to realise the new normal will require more than just preparations designed for isolated, short-term emergencies. We speak with Xavier Surentherathas, to find out how Park Place Technologies are using their tech to help out in the current situation.
