Hugo Sands is an animation consultant, producer and manager with long experience in character animation and visual effects for TV commercials, feature films, music videos. He has more than 20 years of experience working in London at Passion Pictures and later became the Managing Director. He was instrumental in assisting Passion Pictures to become an internationally renowned innovative and academy award animation studio. The studio then acquired a reputation for character animation of the highest caliber including animated music videos and holographic performances for the band Gorillaz. We speak to him to find out what he thinks about the creativity levels in Malaysia.
