Oracle is betting big on the cloud as global SaaS software, or software as a service, revenues are forecasted to reach 106B USD in 2016, increasing 21% over projected 2015 spending levels according to recent studies. Oracle realizes this potential growth and has recently hired 1000 new hires across the APAC region to support this momentum. Jimmy Cheah, Managing Director of Oracle Corporation Malaysia talks about what they see in the cloud and how these new hires will impact the region.
