IDC predicts 60% of APAC’s top 1000 enterprises will have a digital transformation (DX) at the center of their corporate strategy, with the majority even creating an independent position to oversee the DX strategy implementation. Governments in Asia meanwhile are placing its Smart Nation plans at the top of its priorities making businesses today pressured to facilitate strategies that help drive digital transformation within their organization. Digital transformation is not just a technology trend anymore. Sami Ammous, Sales Engineering Director APAC for Avaya explains.
