Boost Sales by 26% by Reshuffling Your Team?

What if reshuffling your team, without hiring anyone new, could help you close more deals and grow your topline?

A recent study by the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School reveals that optimising team performance and achieving higher sales is not solely about assembling a group of high achievers. Rather, it lies in identifying the ideal combination of individuals based on their collaborative work styles.

While the study uses real estate as a case study, the findings emphasise the importance of conducting organisation-specific analysis to determine the optimal team composition. The good news is that this process doesn't need to be overly complicated initially.

The research, conducted by Mandy Hu, Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing at CUHK Business School, highlights that pairing team members with complementary personalities and performance styles can significantly enhance sales. This insight can empower companies to rethink team assignments and drive better results without the need for new hires.
