Rethinking Well-Being at Work for Women

Women in Malaysia are reporting higher stress, lower satisfaction, and less psychological safety at work. But are today’s workplace well-being efforts actually helping or are they missing the mark?

We dig into the latest Malaysia Women Well-Being@Work© Report, which paints a concerning picture of how women are experiencing work, and why well-being can’t just be a buzzword or checkbox anymore.

Joining us are Norlida Azmi, Chapter Lead for People Community for the Well-being@Work© Movement and Founder of Chapter Advisory, and Shazli Ghani, Human Resources Director for L’Oréal Malaysia and Singapore, to share what’s really going on behind the numbers and what leaders must do differently.
