Suing Social Media For Harm To Children?

In California, parents and policymakers have proposed a law that would require tech companies to provide online protection for children. This involves a clause for parents to be able to sue social media platforms if their children become addicted, as well as enforce these companies to create an age-appropriate design code for sites typically accessed by kids. We get into it.
