A group of 750 consumers, led by Wangsa Maju MP Tan Yee Kew, will be suing the Selangor state government, the federal government, and several other bodies over repeated episodes of water cuts in the Klang Valley. We speak with Vivian Kuan for her thoughts on the laws surrounding this issue, and group's chances of winning the suit.
