Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah Dunia: Modern Love

Saint Valentine of Rome - the third-century Roman saint - commemorated every February 14th and associated since the High Middle Ages with the tradition of courtly love. It’s an association that’s recognised the world over. By overpriced chocolates and roses. By shoddy prose and dreadful poetry. By the notion that true love can somehow be celebrated with a greeting card. This month on Hari Ini Dalam Sejarah Dunia, in the spirit of St. Valentine, Umapagan Ampikaipakan will be telling you four love stories. Big ones. Small ones. Stories about individuals brought together by fate, by circumstance, by sheer blind luck. Stories about love at first sight and how that love would endure.
